Leslie Gilbreath is a trusted expert in fenestration, specializing in windows and doors for luxury homes. A key resource in the Building Industry and Architectural Community, she consults on projects from design to completion, ensuring efficiency and budget alignment through strong negotiation and leadership.

Since 2007, Leslie has cultivated a deep, holistic understanding of the industry and business development through a variety of roles. Her passion for her work has fueled her growth as a strong, strategic leader, ultimately leading her to establish Threshold Consultant in 2024. Today, her expertise is highly sought after by architectural firms, builders, and homeowners across the DFW market and beyond. Leslie attributes her lasting success and trusted relationships to a foundation of hard work, clear communication, and unwavering integrity.

Leslie is a Texas native and an alum of the University of North Texas. She is a longtime resident of Aledo with her husband and four children. On the weekends, you will find her at baseball and football stadiums cheering for her favorite Bearcats and attending Christ Chapel - West Campus.
